Carol Walls

As Finance Manager at Venture Richmond, Carol oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure fiscal vibrancy and support the organization's strategic goals. In addition to crunching numbers and being an active member of the Virginia Society of CPAs, Carol always has a smile on her face at the office and a bubbly personality to match.

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Carol has been in the accounting field since 1995. Earlier in her career, she was a member of the Army Reserve. The leadership and diligence she’s gained from her prior experience helps the entire Venture Richmond team stay on track to succeed.

In her free time, you can find Carol enjoying time with her family or listening to live music. She loves to attend the Friday Cheers summer concert series and experience the diverse and up-and-coming bands, as well as volunteering as an Artist Host at the Richmond Folk Festival.
